How will I know when my order is processed?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. Before your requested delivery date you will receive another e-mail informing you that your National Garden Gift Vouchers have been despatched to your chosen recipient.If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail.
On some occasions we may be unable to proceed with an order, if this is the case you will be informed via e-mail. If you feel that your order has been unjustly failed, please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.

Wedding gift orders?

If a wedding couple has enclosed a National Garden Gift Voucher gift form or wedding code with your wedding invitation you can purchase their wedding gift online from this site or by calling 0871 384 3237.To order online simply enter the wedding code in the area provided on the order page when placing your order in the normal way.Your payment will be processed and your order will be added to the wedding list. The vouchers will be dispatched to the wedding couple via secure delivery on a pre-arranged date.

Who runs the scheme?

The National Garden Gift Voucher scheme is operated by the Horticultural Trades Association which is a not-for-profit trade association for the horticultural industry. What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will read 'Voucher Express'.
